Program overview
The Future-Fit guided self-assessment is a 6-month program guiding participants through the process of doing a Future-Fit baseline for their company and developing the skills to become a certified Future-Fit consultant.
Program content:
- 6 two-day training modules based in Copenhagen close to the main train station
- 5 half-day sparring and guiding sessions between modules
- On-boarding and off-boarding sessions to increase effect of program
- Excel and powerpoint templates to support the assessment
- Preparation for certification as Future-Fit consultant (assessment itself is done by Future-Fit Foundation)

Module 1: How to get started
Corporate sustainability management crash course and introduction to the Future-Fit methodology. Participants learn how to begin their internal assessment.
Outcomes:
- Clear understanding of Future-Fit methodology and assessment approach
- Participants enabled to start internal data gathering

Module 2: Sustainability in operations
Participants learn to assess the sustainability of their company’s operations. Areas such as emissions, energy, water, waste, and operational impacts are in focus.
Outcomes:
- Ability to assess company in all areas relevant to operations
- Understanding of sustainability potential in operations
- Clear guidance and templates to conduct assessments

Module 3: Products and supply chain
Participants learn how to assess sustainability of products from a supply chain perspective. Assessments from procurement to end of life of products are in focus.
Outcomes:
- Ability to assess your company in relevant areas within products and supply chain
- Understanding of how product design, sales, R&D, etc. can drive sustainability
- Clear guidance and templates to conduct assessments

Module 4: People and Governance
Participants learn how to assess the sustainability of people and governance-related areas. HR, code of conduct, and employee support is in focus.
Outcomes:
- Ability to assess company in all areas relevant to people and governance
- Understanding of what sustainabilty means for how companies engage employee and communities
- Clear guidance and templates to conduct assessments

Module 5: Positive Pursuits
Participants learn how to understand their company’s positive impacts with KPIs and measurement of impact. Appropriate communication about positive impacts also in focus.
Outcomes:
- Clear understanding of positive impacts of company
- Measurement and KPI determining process for participants
- Guide to how to define measures and communicate positive impact, without greenwashing

Module 6: Future-Fit as a change lever
Participants learn how to drive sustainability in an organization throuhg process examples and interactive sessions. Change management is in focus.
Outcomes:
- Ability to run an internal target/KPI setting process
- Knowing what ”adequate” targets are
- Understanding of how to drive change in an organization
