New Senior Consultant joins Nordic Sustainability
We have a new addition to the team – let us present to you Frederikke!
Building sustainability through psychology and science-based targets
Starting her career in sustainability as manager in the B Corp movement in the Nordics, Frederikke brings solid knowledge in systems change, impact business models, and stakeholder engagement. As our new Senior Consultant here at Nordic Sustainability, she will assist our private sector clients become fit for the future, and help them navigate the fast-moving landscapes of sustainability strategy, standards, and regulation.
Most recently she worked as the Sustainability Manager for Aasted ApS, a Danish global export manufacturer of chocolate and bakery machines, where she is a part of the fourth generation of the family ownership. During her time there, Frederikke was responsible for leading Aasted ApS’ sustainable development, where she headed the preparation and implementation of the company’s first sustainable corporate strategy. Together with key players in the organization, Frederikke steered the work on versatile topics such as assessing impact materiality, sustainable supply chain development, product and service development, equity, diversity and inclusion, Science-based targets, and the annual reporting. Frederikke is excited to translate her experience into valuable advice for Nordic Sustainability’s clients.
Frederikke holds a degree in psychology from Copenhagen University, and her knowledge about change management, action logics, and process facilitation has made her a firm believer of the importance of broad engagement and ownership across the organization in sustainable business transformation processes.
As a mother of two young kids, Frederikke is spending most of her spare time with her children – playing LEGO and role playing. But when she does find a moment to herself, she enjoys reading a good book, cooking a nice meal, and enjoying time out with friends.
