Emma is passionate about achieving a sustainability transformation in the corporate world as well as in the Global South. At Nordic Sustainability, Emma enjoys keeping track of the latest sustainability ambitions coming out of the EU, and then assisting companies in applying these requirements smoothly.

During their time at Nordic Sustainability, Emma has been closely monitoring EU regulatory developments within sustainability and human rights, specifically the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Emma has also assisted in conducting materiality assessments for large corporations, based on ambitious ESG frameworks.

Emma brings experience in the fields of energy and climate from her time at the Embassy of Denmark in Cairo, where she worked with developing a new sustainability strategy for the embassy. She also enjoys being a part of a team of students who work on bringing attention to inequality and humanitarian issues through their work at CBS AID. Emma has a BSc in International Business & Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
