Prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, Troels led AkademikerPension’s award-winning responsible investment team for 7 years, integrating ESG across a multi-asset class portfolio of 20+ Billion EUR.
As the former Nordic Head of London-based Salterbaxter Communications, he collaborated with clients such as the Volvo Group, The Absolut Company, Saab Group, KONE, and Rockwool on sustainability strategy, policy, reporting and communications.
Troels has also previously led the work of ActionAid Denmark’s engagement with businesses and investors on corporate responsibility, and sustainability.
