Based on a deep understanding of the systemic changes necessary and the underlying science, our company’s purpose is to help public and private sector organisations make better decisions and transform towards truly sustainable practices.

We are seeking Associate Consultants (internship) for spring 2027. Based in our Copenhagen office, the internship will allow you to be part of our team and experience a variety of consulting assignments with our Nordic and international clients. You’ll also help develop our internal processes further.

As an intern, you will serve as a full-time member of our team and receive day-to-day coaching in a culture focused on direct and clear feedback. Our environment is built on trust, and we do our best to get our work done within a four-day work week when business demands allow, with the ambition of having a lot of fun along the way.

Your competencies

• Strong knowledge of sustainability topics, such as GHG accounting, circular economy and sustainability reporting.

• Written English at a native or comparable level. Fluency in Danish is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
• Good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Previous consulting experience or other relevant experience from the corporate sector, preferably within sustainability-related areas, is an asset but not a requirement.

Your responsibilities

• We expect you to be able to run independent processes within projects, with oversight from a project manager.
• We expect you to contribute to report writing, stakeholder management, outreach, event planning and ad hoc office tasks.
• We expect you to work on client projects as well as internal tasks that help us streamline and improve our processes.
• We expect you to be interested in building client relationships.

Requirements

• You must be studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university in the European Union. We do not accept candidates who have already graduated or who will graduate during the internship.
• If you are not a Danish student, you must be able to obtain a valid work permit for employment in Denmark before the start date.
• The internship is planned to start in early January 2027 and will last approximately six months. You must be able to work from our Copenhagen office throughout the internship, alongside the partial remote work described above.
• You live in Copenhagen or are willing to relocate for the duration of the internship. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer relocation support.
• You must be able to obtain a Danish CPR number and a Danish bank account before your start date.

• Experience in graphic design and tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a big plus.
• Skilled in turning complex reports and messages into engaging content.
• Written English at a native or comparable level. Fluency in Danish is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Your responsibilities

• We expect you to be able to run independent processes within projects, with oversight from a project manager.
• We expect you to support our social media strategy by posting content on relevant social media channels.
• We expect you to plan and carry out marketing activities.
• We expect you to take a leading role in driving our communications efforts.

As an AI Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our AI adoption, working closely with senior colleagues to develop our use of AI across our international operations and commercial products. You will serve as a full-time member of our team and receive day-to-day coaching in a culture focused on direct and clear feedback.

Your responsibilities

• Build, support and evaluate AI models, tools and workflows.
• Explore emerging AI use cases for both commercial and operational priorities.
• Help embed AI throughout the business in close collaboration with senior colleagues.
• Support the operational steering of AI agents and workflows, and help build AI literacy across Nordic Sustainability.

Your competencies

• You have relevant background strategy from a consultancy or a large corporation
• You have experience using methodologies and other relevant resources for developing private sector sustainability strategies
• You have knowledge of private sector strategy development and or European regulation
• You have project management experience and are comfortable driving projects independently and in teams
• You have excellent skills within the consultancy toolbox, e.g. data analysis (excel), presentations (PowerPoint), proposal writing, etc.
• You speak and write English at native or comparable level. Fluency in Danish is an asset, but not a requirement
