As an Associate Consultant in the Climate Team at Nordic Sustainability, Lena supports clients in advancing their decarbonisation strategies through GHG accounting, climate strategy development, and SBTi preparation. She contributes to background research and data analysis that inform climate projects and client deliverables.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in International Development at Sciences Po Paris with a concentration in global risks and sustainability, Lena is curious about the links between climate policy and social justice, and how the path toward decarbonisation can remain grounded in social realities and human needs.
Prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, Lena worked within German foreign affairs on the human rights dimension of sustainability at the Human Rights Council in Geneva, and conducted research on comparative EU energy efficiency policies and strategic foresight analyses in cooperation with institutions such as the IEA and the European Investment Bank.
