Your competencies

• You have relevant background strategy from a consultancy or a large corporation
• You have experience using methodologies and other relevant resources for developing private sector sustainability strategies
• You have knowledge of private sector strategy development and or European regulation
• You have project management experience and are comfortable driving projects independently and in teams
• You have excellent skills within the consultancy toolbox, e.g. data analysis (excel), presentations (PowerPoint), proposal writing, etc.
• You speak and write English at native or comparable level. Fluency in Danish is an asset, but not a requirement

We are seeking Associate Consultants (internship) for the spring of 2026. Based in our Copenhagen office, the internship will allow you to be a part of our team and experience various consulting assignments with our Nordic and international clients. You’ll also get to help with developing our internal processes further.

As an intern, you will serve as a full-time member of our team and receive day-to-day coaching in a culture that is focused on direct and clear feedback. We have an environment that is strongly based on trust, and we do our best to get our work done within a four-day work week when business demands allow for it, with the ambition of having a lot of fun along the way. 

Your competencies

• Strong knowledge of sustainability topics, which could include circular economy, sustainable business models, bio-economy, GHG accounting, impact investing etc.
  
• Able to conduct research and analytical tasks.
  
• Skilled in working with PowerPoint and developing presentations.
  
• Ability to communicate well in writing.
  
• Written English at a native or comparable level. Fluency in Danish is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
  
• Good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  
• Previous consulting experience or other relevant experience from the corporate sector, preferably within sustainability-related areas in an asset but not a requirement.

Your responsibilities

• We expect you to be able to run independent processes within projects with oversight of a project manager.
  
• We expect you to contribute to report writing, stakeholder management, outreach, event planning, and ad hoc office tasks.
  
• We expect you to take on both internal tasks that help us streamline and improve our internal processes as well as work on client projects.
  
• We expect you to be interested in growing client contacts.

Requirements

• You must be studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the European Union. We do not accept candidates who have already graduated or will be graduating during the internship. 
  
• If you are not a Danish student, you must be able to acquire a valid work permit that allows for Danish employment before the starting date.
  
• The internship is planned to start in February and will last for approximately five months. You must be able to work in the office during the full internship.
  
• You live in Copenhagen or are willing to relocate for the duration of the internship. We unfortunately are not able to offer any relocation support.
  
• You must be able to acquire a Danish CPR and a Danish bank account before your starting date.

The internship is paid. The monthly salary is approximately €1,100.

  The climate team assists our clients with climate related assessments,  strategy, circularity, GHG assessments and develop the skills needed to effectively drive implementation. Teams’ working language is English
• Reporting & Policy
  The R&P team assists our clients achieve CSRD/ESRS compliance. Teams’ working language is English.
• Finance
  The finance team assist our clients with implementing sustainability/ESG strategy across their financial products and services. Teams’ working language is English. 
• Strategy
  The strategy team helps our clients develop a clear vision, set KPI targets and translate these into a roadmap of initiatives to achieve them. Teams’ working language is English.

We cannot guarantee you will be placed in the team you have wished for, but it will help give us a better indication when matching your profile.

• Experience in graphic design and tools such as Adobe programmes (i.e. Photoshop and Illustrator) is a big plus
  
• Skilled in turning complex reports & messages into engaging content
  
• Written English at a native or comparable level. Fluency in Danish is an asset, but not a requirement
  
• Good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude

Your responsibilities
