We’re always looking for talented people in the industry. If you’re interested in becoming part of the Nordic Sustainability team, you’re very welcome to share your CV with us. We review CVs on an ongoing basis, and if there is a match between your profile and an opening in the team, you will be contacted.
If you’re a student, please refer to our bi-annual internship openings in February and September.
We encourage people of all backgrounds and genders to apply to Nordic Sustainability.
We are seeking Associate Consultants (internship) for the spring of 2026. Based in our Copenhagen office, the internship will allow you to be a part of our team and experience various consulting assignments with our Nordic and international clients. You’ll also get to help with developing our internal processes further.
As an intern, you will serve as a full-time member of our team and receive day-to-day coaching in a culture that is focused on direct and clear feedback. We have an environment that is strongly based on trust, and we do our best to get our work done within a four-day work week when business demands allow for it, with the ambition of having a lot of fun along the way.
Any application that does not fulfil these requirements will not be considered for the position.
The internship is paid. The monthly salary is approximately €1,100.
Interested candidates should do the following:
Upload your CV and write a short (one page) cover letter, expressing your motivation to do the internship and how you fit the company professionally and as a person. Try to link to projects you have done in the past and be clear about the most important attributes you will bring to Nordic Sustainability. If you can, please indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd priority as to what team you would most like to join:
We cannot guarantee you will be placed in the team you have wished for, but it will help give us a better indication when matching your profile.
Deadline: Sunday October 19th at 15.00 CEST
NOTE
Selected candidates will subsequently be asked to prepare a case test for the interview process.
We expect to recruit 3-5 associate consultants for the spring internships.
We encourage people of any gender (binary or non-binary) and of all places and backgrounds to apply for these positions.
