We’re incredibly proud to announce that Ole Høy Jakobsen and Frederikke Aasted have been promoted to Partner at Nordic Sustainability. Both have made significant contributions to the company over the years, and we’re delighted to celebrate this milestone with them.
Since joining Nordic Sustainability as a Senior Consultant in March 2020, Ole has been instrumental in developing our climate services, adding depth to our work on greenhouse gas inventories, science-based target setting and climate transition planning.
His exceptional technical expertise has been central to this work. Ole is also a highly valued colleague, known for his consistently positive attitude.
As Partner, Ole will continue shaping the next generation of our climate services.

Frederikke came on board in September 2022 as a Senior Consultant and quickly took on significant responsibility. She has acted as a team lead and has played a key role in professionalising our business development function.
With a natural ability to connect with people, Frederikke has built strong relationships and established herself as a trusted advisor towards clients she works with. Her drive goes hand in hand with a deep commitment to our people, culture and impact mission.
As Partner, Frederikke will help drive the change we exist to create.
