Ditte is a sustainability professional with over five years of experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies in various organisations. Ditte is working as a Manager at Nordic Sustainability with a focus on helping companies comply with the new EU Directive, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Before her role at Nordic Sustainability, Ditte held positions in the private sector, serving as the Head of Sustainability at both Coster Copenhagen and Eva Solo. During her tenure, she focused on developing robust sustainability strategies and overseeing their implementation. Ditte played a role in monitoring progress and authoring the annual Sustainability reports.
Most recently, Ditte worked at EY in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services department, where she contributed to incorporating the new EU directive, CSRD, in various companies. In her role as the CSRD Country lead for EY, Ditte assisted numerous companies in achieving CSRD compliance and conducted double materiality assessments based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Her knowledge of sustainability regulations and reporting standards made her a trusted advisor, supporting organisations in navigating the complex landscape of corporate sustainability.
