Emily joins us as a Consultant in our Financial Services team, bringing an interdisciplinary academic background alongside professional experience from the finance and education sectors.
Inspired by her recent student role as a climate analyst in the responsible investments team of a large Nordic asset manager, she sees finance as the key lever in driving the transition to a sustainable future. Emily is currently building upon her BA in Economics and Law and her MSc in Environment and Development, with a sustainable finance accreditation from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership.
Emily’s dedication to sustainability is motivated by her passion for people. In completing her MSc thesis at the University of Copenhagen, she undertook two months of fieldwork in Central Uganda, interviewing young coffee farmers whose livelihoods are increasingly threatened by unpredictable weather and volatile global commodity markets. Conducting this research has further fueled her commitment to engage in work within the sustainability space.
