With 4+ years of professional experience from both management and sustainability consulting, Franziska enables our clients to develop future-proof sustainability strategies as part of our strategy team. Knowledgeable with CSRD and ESRS she is well-equipped to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and sustainable business transformation.
Just prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, Franziska led sustainability strategy projects and conducted double materiality assessments and supply chain risk analyses for various German SME clients. Also skilled in management consulting, her project toolbox comprises reorganisation, process optimisation, transformation and change processes, as well as strategy development. Franziska’s portfolio of previous clients spans various industries like retail, logistics, manufacturing, and textiles, mostly in larger corporate settings. Equipped with these experiences she thrives in new environments, with new challenges and with new people.
Franziska holds a M.Sc. in Innovation in Global Sustainable Development from Lund University where she explored sustainable transitions and systemic change, collaborative circular innovations, and social innovations in more depth.
Companies are key catalysts of sustainable transitions and innovation, and their move is vital. I am driven to work with the actors out there that are willing to stop doing business-as-usual and rethink their business models, value chains and systems to create innovative solutions that benefit our planet and the people, making them viable in the future.
