Frederikke is a strategy consultant with a focus on releasing the potential of every company to move sustainability into the core of the business. Her years working as Sustainability Manager in Danish SME Aasted ApS combined with her previous role in advising SME’s across industries in impact improvement making her our SME sustainability specialist.
During her time in Nordic Sustainability Frederikke has led strategic consulting projects, including the development of a sustainability engagement strategy enabling the company to evaluate and engage with existing and future licensing partners, embedding the company’s own sustainability concerns and steer licensees on the path to continually improve their sustainability performance.
Previously, Frederikke held the role as manager in the Nordic B Corp movement, advising a broad range of SME’s across industries in understanding their baseline, improving their impact and achieving B Corp certification. Most recently, she worked as the Sustainability Manager for Aasted ApS, where she was responsible for leading the company’s sustainable development, including baselining, preparation and implementation of the company’s first sustainable corporate strategy with clear, prioritised material areas, and getting the companies climate targets approved by SBTi. Frederikke brings a background in Psychology and her work is underpinned by her solid knowledge in behavioral, organizational, and systemic change, action logics, and stakeholder engagement.
