Julia is a Senior Consultant at Nordic Sustainability, where she leads projects on corporate sustainability strategy, CSRD/ESRS compliance, and double materiality. She has delivered sustainability roadmaps and reporting frameworks for major European companies, building governance structures and tools that strengthen audit readiness and transparency.
Julia is particularly skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams and translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights for clients. She has recently been seconded to Novo Nordisk to support their sustainability reporting efforts, reflecting the trust clients place in her ability to manage complex compliance and reporting processes.
Outside of client work, Julia is passionate about connecting cultural insights with sustainability practices and continues to explore how collaborative approaches can drive meaningful impact.
