Karoline is an Associate Consultant for the ESRS and Strategy team, where she will assist with materiality and sustainable strategy development. By strategically integrating sustainability and business development, she seeks to set businesses on the route to be future fit for the green transition.    

She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Operations and Innovation Management at Aalborg University, and she holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, Innovation, and Business from the University of Southern Denmark. 

Karoline has experience in sustainability reporting, having previously worked as a sustainability consultant for Areco Profiles, a company specializing in roofing and steel profiles. In this role, she gained knowledge in emissions reduction and sustainable business development.
