With dual experience from the consulting and think tank world, she contributes with solid expertise in translating circular economy conceptual thinking into actionable possibilities across disciplines. She has worked at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation for over four years, where she amongst other responsibilities led policy insights development and coordinated policy research activities. Maja has also experience as a sustainability consultant at Metabolic, where she applied systems thinking and data science when advising governments, corporates, and NGOs.
We have designed an economy where business benefits from poor utilisation of products and materials, but the positive is that redesigning this model entails greater opportunities - both to business and society.
