As the AI and Sustainability Associate, Mikolaj focuses on strengthening Nordic Sustainability’s internal capabilities through practical AI implementation. He automates internal processes, builds and deploys internal agents, and systematically tests and screens AI tools and platforms to identify high-value applications.
Mikolaj further co-facilitates internal AI workshops and contributes to raising AI literacy across the organisation, ensuring teams can apply digital tools effectively and responsibly in sustainability advisory work.
He holds a Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) degree in Management and Artificial Intelligence from Kozminski University.
Prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, Mikolaj gained experience at REDD, where he worked across research, customer service, and marketing to design AI-enabled automations. Combining technical delivery with a practical understanding of how digital tools support business operations, he improved data and information flows.
