More recently, Minna had a role as a Sustainability Consultant at SustainX, where she provided guidance to a diverse range of small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries. Her work involved helping these businesses comprehend their baseline and assisting them in making improvements to reduce their environmental impact while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Minna holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Sustainable Design Engineering from Aalborg University in Copenhagen. During her academic journey, she delved into research related to sustainable transitions and radical systemic change. She engaged in projects centred around circular economy principles and the implications of EU regulations with a focus on SMEs.

We need to rethink our current economy to enable decoupling economic growth from resource consumption. Transitioning away from conventional linear thinking and embracing a circular business approach is essential for developing a sustainable future for generations to come while respecting our planet and nature’s boundaries.
