As Head of People & Culture, Signe is committed to cultivating a working culture that empowers our team to thrive. She brings a particular focus on change management, agile coaching, engagement, development and belonging.

 Signe has +10 years of experience in People & Culture strategic design and leadership coaching. Additionally, she is a Diversity, Inclusion, Equality and Belonging Specialist, convinced that inclusive environments boost creativity. Before joining Nordic Sustainability, she headed several startups, such as IO Interactive and Vivino, towards and through growth. Signe has also developed leadership programs to support successful business transformation and transition.  

She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Linguistics from the University of Copenhagen.
