Sigrún is a sustainability consultant with a strong passion for justice, people, and nature. With a curious and forward-looking approach, she supports companies build long-term resilience by integrating sustainability into their strategies.

Prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, Sigrún worked as a climate and environmental specialist at the National Power Company of Iceland. Her experiences from the renewable energy sector equipped her with valuable know-how on addressing sustainability challenges across industries and EU sustainability frameworks, such as the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy.

Sigrún holds a BSc in industrial engineering and a postgraduate diploma in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Iceland. Her mixed engineering and environmental expertise allow her to develop strategic, sustainable solutions that help organisations thrive while operating within planetary boundaries.
