With 7+ years of experience with managing projects in sustainability and circular economy, Thomas is responsible for managing larger strategy projects and bringing them to clear and actionable results. He draws on a broad understanding of sustainability and his expertise lies in environmental data management and KPI development as well as his ability decompose and execute complex projects. 

Always pushing for more ambitious and better integrated approaches, Thomas is naturally involved in exploring new fields of expertise at Nordic Sustainability. He finds inspiration not only in natural and business sciences but also in tech, philosophy, history and, of course, in nature itself. Additionally, Thomas supports the advancement of services by developing tools and standardising the novel methods established through Nordic Sustainability’s front-running work.

Prior to Nordic Sustainability, Thomas worked for the city of Copenhagen as program manager of the city’s 6-year strategy for circular economy and waste management where he oversaw the program across 30+ project managers and 5 departments. 

Before that, Thomas worked as a sustainability consultant at Metabolic with an expertise in KPIs and tool development. He managed projects for both public and private clients and has worked with some of the largest international companies.
