Benjamin is a senior consultant focused on bridging the disconnect between what companies think they are doing, and what is actually needed to align corporate activities with planetary boundaries. When leading client projects focused on compliance with ESRS and CSRD through double materiality assessments, he puts a special emphasis on helping clients build their internal capabilities through engaging workshops and teachings.
Before joining Nordic Sustainability, Benjamin worked in a small Copenhagen based consultancy, where he developed a strong understanding of the complexity which organisations experience as part of their sustainable transformations. When he isn’t found diving deep in corporate sustainability reports, he teaches on various ESG topics to students or practices permaculture in his own garden.
Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in strategic business communication from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Throughout his academic career, he has sought to understand how business can add long term value to society, which culminated with his thesis on regenerative leadership.
