Emma Ager Jønbech (she/her)

Consultant & Executive Assistant

Emma has a dual role as project consultant primarily working on materiality and SME-related clients projects and she is also the executive assistant to the management.

During her time at Nordic Sustainability Emma has worked on projects for SME-clients mainly in Denmark. Recently, she worked on a materiality assessment for an art institution and working on a two-year client engagement. Since 2022, Emma took on the role of Executive Assistant supporting the management with organisational administration and development.

Since graduating from Copenhagen Business School, Emma has sought to teach students the key concepts in corporate sustainability through student consultant programs and creating the ‘Impact Academy. She spent her years as a student as a youth advocate for sustainability and sought to bring critical thinking and pluralistic economics forward as a needed tool to solve today’s challenge by co-founding the student organisation Business Unusual CBS. Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in European Business from Copenhagen Business School.

For me, sustainability became the field that encompasses all areas important to people and the environment. Nordic Sustainability is relentless in the ambition we’re steering towards, and doing that in a caring, empathetic and value-based environment is a privilege.
