With 5+ years of experience of working with corporate sustainability in large multinationals, Felix is an allrounder most passionate about sustainability strategy. Trained in analytical philosophy, economics, and business, he loves employing a diverse set of problem-solving skills to tackle complexity and decisions under uncertainty.
During his time at Nordic Sustainability, Felix contributed deeply across various private sector sustainability strategy projects. Supporting a global German machinery producer (+14k employees), Felix led a nine-month strategy process including a baseline assessment and strategy creation phase. Together with 40+ stakeholders across functions and levels, he succeeded in guiding the organization to co-create ambitious targets, KPIs and short-term roadmaps. In a sustainable procurement project for a leading Danish renewables company, Felix developed a hotspot assessment approach and enabled the organization to define visionary long-term targets and concrete short-term project roadmaps.
Prior to his current role, Felix worked in the sustainability departments of Vestas Wind Systems, Volkswagen Group, and Flying Tiger Copenhagen. These experiences from large corporates across industries enable Felix to relate to and understand his clients’ needs and challenges. Felix holds BA and MSc degrees in philosophy, economics, and business administration from University of Bayreuth and Copenhagen Business School.
With business-as-usual being increasingly challenged, companies can turn to sustainability strategies for meaningful direction towards long-term success and resilience.
