María is a Manager within Nordic Sustainability’s climate team. She is our in-house expert on life cycle assessments, climate strategies, GHG accounting, Scope 3, and Science Based Targets.

Maria is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest developments in this rapidly evolving field and is passionate about helping companies reduce their environmental impact and achieving their sustainability goals.
Prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, María held a Project Manager role at COWI for five years. During this time, María was working with GHG inventories, life cycle assessments, environmental product declarations, and waste minimization for both the private and public sector in Denmark. María holds a MSc in Environmental Engineering from DTU and has published several scientific papers on various sustainability topics.
