Sven drives our strategy services, based on Future Fit, SDG integration, and other frameworks. He is an experienced management consultant, having begun his career at a German McKinsey spin-off and worked with some of the largest European companies such as Coloplast, Maersk, Nykredit, Commerzbank, RWE, ThyssenKrupp, and Osram. Sven also has strong public-sector experience based on his time with the United Nations and the European Parliament. This allows Sven to advise clients in a wide variety of contexts on sustainability, organisational change, and business development. Sven holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.

Esben leads our business development efforts with the ambition to move our clients towards sustainability impact. He advises our Nordic and global clients on sustainability strategies, SDG impact, and thought leadership across sectors. Esben has a background working for sustainability think tanks in partnership with foundations and NGOs as well as advising international organisations and companies. He has worked with organisations such as Storebrand, Nykredit, C40, Realdania, the Asian Development Bank,etc. and was formerly the Director of Insights at the think tank Sustainia. Esben holds a MSc in political science from the University of Copenhagen.

Michelle brings competencies in strategic sustainability and impactful visual and digital communication. Her previous experience in coordinating sustainability projects was developed at the Danish think-tank Sustainia, as well as the Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change in Canada. Her educational grounding in sustainability, natural sciences, and climate change was developed via a Bachelor of Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo. In earning her master's degree of Sustainable Design Engineering at Aalborg University Copenhagen, she has engaged in corporate partnerships to improve the sustainability of supply chains and packaging materials, as well as developed improved citizen engagement processes.

Ole has spent the last five years working with climate policy and emission reductions initiatives in London-based international NGO The Climate Group (coordinating RE100, EP100, EV100 and Climate Week NYC), Danish consultancy Leaderlab (coordinating Sustainable Build and LAUNCH Nordic), and working on climate policies in the Danish Parliament (supporting then Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Climate and Energy MP Steen Gade). She tries to bring critical thinking and pluralistic economics forward with Business Unusual at CBS as a needed tool to solve today’s challenges. Emma holds a bachelor in BSc. Emma brings experience in the fields of energy and climate from her time at the Embassy of Denmark in Cairo, where she worked with developing a new sustainability strategy for the embassy. Maja is an interdisciplinary generalist with a strong international profile and a background in circular economy and systems thinking. With dual experience from the consulting and think tank world, she contributes with solid expertise in translating circular economy conceptual thinking into actionable possibilities across disciplines. Maja completed her MSc in Technological and Socio-Economic Planning at Roskilde University, focusing on strategic planning using systems thinking. She has worked at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation for over four years, where she amongst other responsibilities led policy insights development and coordinated policy research activities. Recently, she worked as a sustainability consultant at Metabolic, advising governments, businesses, and NGOs in the Nordics.

Anna is an impact consultant specialising in the Future-Fit Business Benchmark. Her work supports companies to embed this pioneering impact management framework into strategies and data systems. She is certified in financial climate risk management (GARP SCR) and was part of the team which built the first online tool allocating sustainability-linked loans grounded in Future-Fit’s framework. Anna's ambition is social and ecological wellbeing to drive the broader economy and is undertaking a masters in Economics, Public Policy and Innovation at UCL. Anna set up and coordinates the Wellbeing Economy Alliance’s book club, and enjoys cold water swims.

She has previously led the preparation and implementation of a new sustainability framework for Hempel A/S, a Danish multinational coatings manufacturer. Anniina has a wide knowledge base of topics such as carbon neutrality and science-based targets, circular economy, sustainable product development, reporting, and sustainability communication. Starting her career in sustainability as a manager in the B Corp movement in the Nordics, Frederikke brings solid knowledge in systems change, impact business models, and stakeholder engagement.
