Sven drives our strategy services, based on Future Fit, SDG integration, and other frameworks. He is an experienced management consultant, having begun his career at a German McKinsey spin-off and worked with some of the largest European companies such as Coloplast, Maersk, Nykredit, Commerzbank, RWE, ThyssenKrupp, and Osram. Sven also has strong public-sector experience based on his time with the United Nations and the European Parliament. This allows Sven to advise clients in a wide variety of contexts on sustainability, organisational change, and business development. Sven holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining Nordic Sustainability, Pernille has held positions at Deloitte Sustainability where her main focus areas were sustainability reporting, risk management, and sustainable customer engagement and later at the Danish think tank Sustainia, where she managed a number of large publications together with C40 Cities and Danish foundation Realdania. Pernille holds a BA in English literature from Copenhagen University and an MA in International Business Communication from University of Southern Denmark.

He has more than twenty years of experience within sustainability as a project director, head of communication, consultant, journalist, etc. His background in media and think tanks has taught him that good things happen at the speed of trust, and a good strategy should have stakeholders at its core. Morten’s competences as a facilitator of change have brought him to work with both international organisations such as C40, UN Global Compact, and Climate-KIC as well as corporations like DNV GL and Ørsted.

Michelle brings competencies in strategic sustainability and impactful visual and digital communication. Her previous experience in coordinating sustainability projects was developed at the Danish think-tank Sustainia, as well as the Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change in Canada. Her educational grounding in sustainability, natural sciences, and climate change was developed via a Bachelor of Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo. In earning her master's degree of Sustainable Design Engineering at Aalborg University Copenhagen, she has engaged in corporate partnerships to improve the sustainability of supply chains and packaging materials, as well as developed improved citizen engagement processes.
